Teacher Training Prerequisites
Requirements:
- Age: Applicants must be at least 25 years of age.
- Emotional Maturity: Demonstrated ability to manage emotions, practice self-awareness, and maintain composure in challenging situations.
- Moral and Ethical Integrity: Adherence to high moral and ethical standards, showing responsibility, honesty, and commitment to the well-being of others.
- Receptive to Feedback: A genuine willingness to receive and learn from constructive feedback in order to master the program material.
- Practice of Kindness: Consistent effort to cultivate kindness in interactions with others, both in word and deed, as guided by the Ten Perfections and the avoidance of the Ten Unwholesome Actions of body, speech, and mind.
- Wholesome Communication: Commitment to engaging in kind, consistent, truthful, and clear communication.
- Humility and Forgiveness: Demonstrated humility and an ability to forgive oneself and others when mistakes are made, recognizing that learning and growth are ongoing processes.
- Conflict Resolution: Prioritizing self-reflection and Vivation practice to address personal emotions and conflicts before responding, ensuring gentle, patient, and caring communication.
- Respect for Lineage and Teachings: Recognition of and respect for the 43-year unbroken lineage of Vivation knowledge and the expertise of the current lineage holder, and a commitment to preserving and honoring these teachings.
