Refund Policy (one-to-one, travel-to-you)

Refund Policy for VIVATION International One:One Trainings:

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or seek a refund for your enrollment. To ensure transparency and adhere to industry standards, we have developed the following refund policy:

  1. Cancellation Period: You are eligible for a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit of $800, if you cancel 72 hours or more before the beginning of your training date of November  27th, 2023, at 9 AM Eastern Time.
  2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact Paul directly, or our customer support team at [email protected]. Provide your full name and the contact information you used when you signed up. Our team will guide you through the refund process and address any queries or concerns you may have.
  3. Refund Disbursement: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.
  4. Non-Refundable Components: The $800 deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to any future training within 12 months.
  5. Transfer and Deferral Options: In certain cases, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a future training program or defer your participation, please contact us at: [email protected] to discuss your options.
  6. Program Changes and Cancellations: VIVATION International reserves the right to make changes to the venue location, or content of the training program. This may include relocating the venue across the street, to a different place in town, or to a nearby town, due to unforeseen changes in circumstances or conditions at the original venue. These changes, which would not necessitate alterations to air travel arrangements, do not qualify participants for a refund. If, however, the event itself is canceled by VIVATION International, you will be entitled to a full refund of the enrollment fee (including the deposit).
