Refund Policy (Teacher Training)

Refund Policy for VIVATION International Teacher Training:

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or seek a refund for your enrollment in the VIVATION International Teacher Training program. To ensure transparency and adhere to industry standards, we have developed the following refund policy:

1. Cancellation Period: You have a cancellation period of 7 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of your enrollment fee. If you decide to cancel within this period, please email us at [email protected]. You will receive the full amount minus a non-refundable deposit of $800.
2. Refund Eligibility: Once the cancellation period has ended, eligibility for refunds is determined as follows:
   1. Requests made 31 days or more before the scheduled start date of the teacher training program will qualify for a 50% refund of the enrollment fee.
   2. Due to the challenge of filling vacancies at short notice, we cannot provide refunds for cancellation requests received 30 days or less before the scheduled start date.
3. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Provide your full name and the contact information you used when you signed up. Our team will guide you through the refund process and address any queries or concerns you may have.
4. Refund Disbursement: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid refund request. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during enrollment.
5. Non-Refundable Components: The $800 deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to any future training within 12 months.
6. Transfer and Deferral Options: In certain cases, you may be eligible to transfer your enrollment to a future teacher training program or defer your participation, please contact us at: [email protected] to discuss your options.
7. Program Changes and Cancellations: VIVATION International reserves the right to make changes to the venue location, or content of the teacher training program. This may include relocating the venue across the street, to a different place in town, or to a nearby town, due to unforeseen changes in circumstances or conditions at the original venue. These changes, which would not necessitate alterations to air travel arrangements, do not qualify participants for a refund. If, however, the event itself is canceled by VIVATION International, you will be entitled to a full refund of the enrollment fee.
