This  3-day individual intensive covers all you need to learn Vivation and create deliberate happiness in your life.  Each lesson is two hours long, with an hour of instruction and an hour of guided Vivation session. Each lesson builds on the next, resulting in your total autonomy with the skill to permanently and pleasurably resolve any kind of negative emotion or experience that comes up in your life again.  For those who are especially busy the seven basic lessons can be learned in a single weekend, starting on Friday evening.
